And Univen Petróleo, as part of the national chemistry industry, strives to meet people’s requirements as far as chemical products manufacturing processes are concerned.

Motivated by these principles, the company adhered to ‘Atuação Responsável®’ (Responsible Care®) – a trade mark of Associação Brasileira da Indústra Química (the Chemistry Industry Brazilian Association) - ABIQUIM  in April 2003, by signing the ‘Engagement Term’, by its Management.

For Univen Petróleo, the ‘Atuação Responsável®’ program is directly connected to the individual accountability feeling about health, safety and environment, as well to the prevention sense of all potential hazard sources resulting from its collaborators’ operations and work place, involving all the hierarchical levels.
