Univen Petróleo is located in Itupeva municipality, 79 km away from the city of São Paulo, in a 205 000 square meter area.

With a fast turnover, low operational costs and working with a number of national origin raw-materials – such as the oil extracted from marginal fields in the North and Northeast areas in Brazil – and imported from several countries, Univen Petróleo supplies special fuels and solvents, produced with a compact structure and state-of-the-art technology. Today, the Refinery has two distillation towers, one atmospheric and another one with vacuum operation, naphthas treatment unit and products storage parks.

Accurate as far as its quality control is concerned, Univen Petróleo has a state-of-the-art laboratory, where each and every raw-material entering the Refinery and the finished products are analyzed, to the truck that leaves its premises. The industrial facility operates uninterruptedly 365 days per year.

Enlargement of its premises

The enlargement work received the due permission from Companhia de Tecnologia de Saneamento Ambiental (the Environmental Sanitation Technology Company) – CETESB and Agência Nacional de Petróleo (Petroleum National Agency) – ANP. The following works have already been performed;

At the same time, Univen Petróleo has bought a number of equipments, which are being maintained under installation conditions in the Refinery facilities.
